Hardiness: Very sensitive fish. It is extremely sensitive to water changes and/or poor water conditions. As most tangs, it can be an ICH magnet.

Physical Description

Mostly black with blue and orange highlights.

Distribution

Pacific Ocean.

Behavior

Very active fish that requires strong/turbulent water flow and high amounts of dissolved oxygen in order to mimick its natural habitat.

Feeding

Herbivore; A constant grazer of algae. It is vital that this fish be fed lots of nori/kelp daily to remain healthy. Several feeding per day is better than one large feeding. Keeping nori available using a veggie clip is recommended.
